Will Russia Deploy Nuclear Missiles To Cuba?

No missiles in Cuba, but a lot more missiles targeted at Eastern and Western Europe. Perhaps a withdrawal from arms control agreements on the basis that the US defense is a material change.

Folks in Ukraine and Poland should start building shelters now. Similar to the Pershing missile controversy in the 1980s. What the Russians will do is then say that if you remove the US bases, they will remove their targeting of nuclear missiles against your country. Given what has happened in Georgia, that feels like a winner.

On the other hand, an Obama victory will likely mean the end of the program.
